How can I find out what work needs to be performed?

Upon receiving your signed work authorization, we perform a thorough assessment. Our assessment will be used in conjunction with the inspection already performed by the insurance adjuster (if applicable) to determine the appropriate protocol in accordance with industry standards. Once the protocol has been established, we upload a work scope to our online documentation system for your review. You can discuss the specifics of your work scope with representatives in our Client Services.

When can you start working?

We are prepared to start as early as scope approval and building access allows.

Will I receive progress updates on the work?

All of our customers receive individual, password-protected access to our online documentation system, The Fresh Air Portal. You will be able to view documentation specific to your property as well as our project phase tracker and schedules, which are updated frequently as work progresses.

Will I have the opportunity to "sign off" when the work is finished?

Upon completion, we will request that you, or a representative chosen by you, participate in a walk-through with our project manager to approve the quality and scope of all work performed.

What about any contents and furnishings?

We exercise extreme caution to protect all contents involved. We photograph and document all furnishings, then protect them with plastic coverings. If necessary, we carefully relocate items to another area. Upon completion of the restoration, furniture is uncovered and returned to its original placement.

Is your pricing for custom upgrades competitive?

The pricing structure we use for custom estimates and upgrades is the same as the insurance company would use to process the "as built" claim. We use pricing lists specific to your area, and we do not use retail pricing structures.
