Portal Sample

Here are some of the features of The Fresh Air Portal:

Project-specific views, user-specific information

We will assign you a username and password specific to each project. We can even provide access to owners and/or insurance companies with information specific only to them.

Project phase tracker

This feature enables you to track job progress at a glance, whenever it's convenient for you.

3rd party damage assessment reports

You will have access to the recommendations and floor plan diagrams prepared by our independent damage assessment experts, assuring appropriate response and predictable invoicing. Their detailed report sets the scope for our repair efforts.

Photo documentation

We document all phases of the project in photographs, and you can view all of these on the portal. This detailed photographic record is invaluable during insurance claims settlement.

Billing

Through the portal, you can access all estimates and invoices. We generate our estimates using the same software used by the top property insurers and most of the insurance-repair industry.

Warranty

When the project is completed, we certify our work. We require our partners to carry all appropriate certifications and insurance so that we can offer you a Certificate of Compliance and a project warranty. This section of the portal documents the specifics of our certification, based on the work performed and the industry standards applied. Examples include:

  • American Health Care Association (AHCA)
  • New York State Department of Health
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
  • National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA)
  • American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)
  • Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration
